Sierra Tequila — a legendary, 100% authentic Mexican tequila, recognized by its signature sombrero.
The base of any tequila is the Mexican **Tequilana Weber variedad azul**, also known as **blue agave** (agave azul).
The agave is cooked for approximately 24 hours, allowing pressure and time to convert its fructose into sugar.
We distill Sierra twice in traditional copper stills. This double distillation preserves the fruity notes that we so highly value in our tequila. After the second distillation, we can finally call it Tequila. Cheers!
